Today I breathed and let myself relax

and I feel better, I feel okay. I did not spend all day kicking my own ass for not doing things.

I did things:

I read a lot of pages in my book: A Reliable Wife and it’s very good.

I went to Chapters and got an agenda.

I even looked at money, I even took a peek and tried to add up numbers.

I want to see what I am spending.

So not the worst!

I have to go back to work tomorrow, and I am trying not to panic about that. I am pretending I am calm, and also I have not smoked in 5 hours, but I am not going to think about that.
